If your genie is right next to your gateway, connect an ethernet cable between the two and remove the wireless connection kit

I did a red button reset on both receivers. Still no go for pandora. Now it won't even load on main receiver either. The load bar just flashes on and back off.

Call DTV for them to escalate to engineering. They will need information on router brand/model, ISP, when the issue started, receiver/client model. Pandora having issues with some genies and clients...
