It would be more helpful if you'd read the entire thread before responding. If you had, you'd read that we did have working pandora, with these receivers, until the gateway was swapped in attempt to fix a phone--internet issue.
Doesn't that rule out your suggestion? Your user name makes me think you are the same person I was chatting with, who made the same suggestion. "engineering problem" means you all can wash your hands of this. yeah?
However, I did report the trouble to an ATT chat rep and have a service ticket. I will let you all know what turns up.
